Trying to find a title of a older bondage film???

There is a bondage film I’m looking for from years ago probably 90s maybe early 2000’s. I can’t remember anything from the title or actresses but there’s a few scenes I remember
A women tries to free a girl from a cage only for a net to fall on her and get her caught. She’s tied with her hands into leather shackles from the ceiling then tortured with cloths pins and whipped by the mistress of the dungeon.
A girl gets tied to a table and cloths pins are put along her body. Eventually another girl gets tied to the table as well. They both get tortured by the mistress of the dungeon.
I know this is a long shot but hopefully someone else remembers this or can point me in the right direction
