Question re gag tape

Hi folks,
I'm wondering if any of you might be able to help me track down a particular type of tape that I see being used in many bondage clips. It seems to be quite a thick rubbery tape.

Any ideas as to what it might be or where I might be able to get hold of some would be very appreciated!
